I am an out-of-network provider for most major insurance plans, including 1199, Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Anthem, Blue Cross, Cigna, Cigna Medicare, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare. I do not accept traditional Medicare or Medicaid as these providers to not cover acupuncture by licensed acupuncturists. As a courtesy, my office will verify your coverage and provide information on your deductible and potential out-of-pocket costs. We will also submit claims on your behalf, and depending on your plan, payment may be required at the time of service. All patients are required to sign applicable consent forms prior to treatment. If I do not take your insurance as an out of network provider, you can pay for treatment at the time of service with a credit card, cash, or check. We also accept your flexible spending/HSA 'credit' card.
