In our initial 60-minute consult visit, we will bridge the gap between traditional diagnostics and holistic healing. I’ll perform a thorough assessment of your health concerns to develop a personalized integrative strategy for you. This visit will cover everything from an estimated treatment timeline to specific herbal, nutritional, and interventional protocols. My goal is to ensure that you are educated about your condition and concerns and feel heard, supported, and empowered with a concrete plan of action.

We will begin with a deep dive into your health concerns and medical history to build your personalized treatment plan, including a clear timeline for the results you can expect. Your first session features a full acupuncture treatment with relevant therapies such as cupping, electrotherapy, infrared heat, laser, moxibustion, tui na (massage), and ultrasound as needed. As a hands-on practitioner, I stay present with you throughout most of the session —I don’t just needle and leave you in a room for an hour. Your treatment is active and attentive and I might be 'tuning' something in your neck, activating and checking energy points along your abdomen or back, or doing some body work at the end of the treatment. Please ensure you’ve had a light meal and stayed hydrated before your visit. It’s common to feel deeply relaxed, a bit tired, or more thirsty afterward. This is a normal sign that your body is responding to the treatment and beginning its healing shift.
